Field Nimble released a simple way to send customers, invoices, line items, sales tax, payments, and payment processing expenses to Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Pro and Pro Plus editions. Small residential home services contractors get ahead when they spend less time to reach financial clarity.
Contractors save time, increase accuracy, and stay current by flowing invoices and payments into QuickBooks Desktop accounting system
After owners and office managers finalize invoices and payments in Field Nimble, these accounting documents become available to feed to QuickBooks Desktop by downloaded file. In QuickBooks Desktop the bookkeeper runs the standard import and application process, and they’re done.
“It used to take contractors weeks and months to invoice and get paid,” said Gregory Dooley, Co-Founder and President of Field Nimble. “Now with Field Nimble contractors can take credit card payments in-the-field, and flow invoices plus payments to QuickBooks that evening. No delay, no double-entry, no keyboard mistakes, no missing paperwork, no wrong-addresses, and no worries about chasing customers later.”
“Field Nimble gives small plumbing, HVAC, and electrical shops the tools to compete with big shops, “ said Steve Raines, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Field Nimble. “Up next, we’ll cover contractors using QuickBooks Online. We’ll deliver a direct API integration from Field Nimble for an easy, complete experience.”
